	The rolling countryside around Herly and coastline of the Cote d'Opale offers many attractions and leisure activities to the visitor. At La Maison de Monsieur Scarecrow there is a wide selection brochures. Sets of route sheets for walking and cycling are at your disposal. A few miles from Herly is a private airfield where you can experience the thrill of a flight in a small two seater plane or, for the more adventurous, the open microlight aircraft. Along the coast the many resorts offer windsurfing and sand yachting (introductory courses available). Kite flying is also popular on the beaches - bring your own! Golf players will be in their element with the challenging courses of the region. The nearby equestrian centre at Verchocq offers horse riding from one hour to a full day. Fishermen can chose between lake, river or sea fishing. Hire of equipment is possible at some sites. Of course, there is always the chance you may just prefer to relax in the house or garden!
