The price includes a generous allowance for electricity and gas.
If the allowance is exceeded the excess will be charged at the current EDF* rate
*EDF = French electric company
Bed linen and towels are available for hire at 14 euros per person (payable in euros on arrival)
A £200 fully refundable security bond is required (payable with final deposit).
This will be returned to you within 15 days of your stay.
